Cheonmyeongdang (hereinafter "the Company") values users' personal data and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act.
The Company may collect the following personal data to provide the service.
The Company destroys personal data without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
The Company does not provide personal data to third parties without the user's consent. However, exceptions apply when required by law.
The Company entrusts personal data processing tasks to external specialized companies for smooth service provision. In entrustment contracts, necessary provisions are established in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to ensure that personal data is managed safely.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time.
The Company may display advertisements through Google AdMob, and in this process advertising identifiers may be collected. Users can limit advertising tracking in device settings.
In accordance with Article 17 of the Electronic Commerce Act, users may request a refund under the following conditions:
How to request a refund: Send an email to [email protected] from the email used for payment, including the order number and reason for refund. We will respond within 3 business days and process the refund within 7 days.
Disputes related to the use of this service may be resolved free of charge through mediation via the Korea Consumer Agency (1372) or the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee (ecmc.or.kr). If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first jurisdiction.
When new Cheonmyeongdang apps (insurance/tax/subsidies, etc.) are launched, a separate privacy policy will be published as an appendix, applying the same level of protection as this policy.
If this privacy policy is modified, the changes will be notified through the notice board within the service.
