The reading is unlocked automatically right after payment. On another device or browser, or after closing the page, open the Restore Purchase page and enter your payment email or order number (both are on your receipt). If it is still missing, email us with your order number: 100% refund within 7 days if the report has not been viewed or downloaded.

Notifications are sent every morning at about 08:00 KST, give or take ten minutes. If nothing arrives, check whether the notification channel is blocked on your side.

We use a traditional Korean Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) algorithm together with modern astronomical data. The results are for reference and entertainment only. Do not use them for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Your date of birth and name are used solely to generate your reading. Saju input is processed in your browser and is not kept long-term on our servers; payment information collected at checkout, such as your email, order number and amount, is retained for 5 years under the Electronic Commerce Act; the name you enter at checkout is passed to the payment processor, which keeps it for the statutory period. Our payment ledger does not store names for new payments, and names stored earlier are cleared when the ledger is next updated 7 days after payment (copies in the ledger's backup history may remain until they are cleaned up separately).
