Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KunStudio (hereinafter "Company") and users in relation to the use of the Cheonmyeongdang service (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to fortune-telling related services provided by the Company, including Saju (Korean Four Pillars Astrology), face reading, palm reading, tarot card reading, dream interpretation, daily horoscope, zodiac horoscope, and compatibility analysis.
• "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these terms.
• "Paid Service" refers to detailed analysis reports and other content provided by the Company for a fee.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)

These terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users. The Company may modify the terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will notify users 7 days before any changes.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

• The Company provides the following services: Saju (Korean Four Pillars Astrology) analysis, face reading analysis, palm reading analysis, tarot card reading, dream interpretation, daily horoscope, zodiac horoscope, compatibility analysis, and Feng Shui guide.
• Free services: basic Saju analysis, face/palm reading quizzes, tarot reading, dream interpretation, daily horoscope.
• Paid services: detailed Saju analysis report, detailed compatibility analysis, New Year horoscope report.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in the event of system maintenance, equipment failures, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

• Users must comply with applicable laws, these terms, usage guidelines, and similar regulations when using the Service.
• Users must not collect personal information of third parties without authorization or use the Service for improper purposes.
• Users must use the results of the Service for reference purposes only and not as the sole basis for making important decisions.

Article 7 (Payment and Refund)

• Payment for Paid Services is made through payment methods designated by the Company, such as Kakao Pay, Toss Payments, etc.
• Refunds are governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
• Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be limited after accessing the report.
• Unread reports may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• The fortune analysis results provided by the Service are for entertainment and reference purposes only, and do not substitute professional consultation.
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the fortune analysis results and is not responsible for users' actions based on these results.
• The Company is not responsible for service suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
• The daily lucky numbers (in lottery number format) are provided solely for entertainment and reference purposes. The Company does not guarantee any prizes and does not encourage or promote lottery purchases or gambling activities. The Company is not responsible in any way for lottery or gambling purchase decisions based on these numbers or for any resulting losses. Minors (under 19 years of age) may not purchase lottery tickets.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

All copyrights to the content included in the Service (text, images, code, design, etc.) belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without the prior consent of the Company.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

• If a dispute arises in connection with the use of the Service, the Company and the user will attempt to resolve it through mutual negotiation.
• If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction belongs to the competent court at the location of the Company.

Supplementary provision: These terms are effective from April 12, 2026.
